Mentee Agreement for

Participation

I agree to participate in the Be-Ruth Program. I understand that all applications will be reviewed by the Be-Ruth Membership Committee and participants will be notified of their acceptance as a member.
I also agree to adhere to the following guidelines of the Be-Ruth Foundation:

  1. Be a teen girl between the ages of 13-17 (we have mini-groups for ages 9-12)
  2. Be a resident of the U.S.
  3. Be a middle school or high school student
  4. Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (middle school/high
  5. school)
  6. Exercise Good conduct
  7. Submission of signed copies of the Mentee Participation Agreement, Mentee Activity Permission Form & Release of a Liability Form, Code of Conduct and Photo Release Form
  8. General Statement of Conduct: Be-Ruth Foundation has the right to dismiss a member if the above criteria is not met.

Code of Conduct

The purpose of the Mentee Code of Conduct is to promote and protect the core mission of the Be-Ruth Foundation and to foster the academic, cultural and educational development of members in a safe and secure environment.

ABOUT

Founded in 2009, Be-Ruth Foundation is a social impact non-profit organization that seeks to build & uplift teen girls and empower them by increasing their knowledge and skills in STEAM. Our values are centered around the six pillars of character: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.  

We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to providing world-class programs for adolescent and teen girls ages 9-17. We received our 501(c)3 status from the Federal Government in June of 2009. We are an approved charity of the Georgia’s Secretary of State.
